Freedom Church is a community of people in Glenn Heights, Texas who believe that Jesus changes everything. We are not a perfect church — we are a church full of people being transformed by a perfect God.


We gather every Sunday to worship, hear the Word, and go back into our city with purpose. Our mission is simple: To Know Christ and to Make Him Known.

Ephesians 2:10 — "We are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." That verse is our compass. Everything we do flows from it.

God's Word is our authority. We teach it straight, apply it practically, and trust it completely. It is truth without error.

Jesus Christ
Jesus is the Son of God. He lived, died, and rose again — not as a symbol, but as the only way to salvation and eternal life.

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit lives in every believer from the moment of salvation, providing power, guidance, and spiritual gifts for daily life.

Salvation
Salvation is God's free gift — not earned, not deserved. We receive it by faith in Jesus Christ alone. Nothing more, nothing less.

The Church
The local church is the hope of the world. We are not a building — we are a body of people called to love God and love people.

Eternity
Every person will exist eternally — either with God through faith in Christ, or separated from Him. This reality drives everything we do.

Alex & Lana Blake
Lead Pastors — Freedom Church

Pastor Alex and First Lady Lana Blake founded Freedom Church with one conviction: that every person in Glenn Heights deserves a real encounter with a living God.

Pastor Alex carries a pastor's heart and a builder's vision. His teaching is grounded in Scripture, direct in application, and delivered with the kind of honesty that meets people where they are. Lana stands alongside him as a leader, intercessor, and the heartbeat of the Freedom Church family.

Together, they are building a church where the lost are found, the broken are made whole, the fatherless find hope, and the city is blessed.

Assistant Pastor
Pastor A.C. Blake serves alongside the lead team to shepherd the Freedom Church family. His ministry is marked by a genuine love for people and a commitment to seeing every member grow in their faith and find their place in the body.

Allon Morris
CFO & Head Deacon
Allon Morris leads the financial integrity and operational health of Freedom Church. As Head Deacon, he ensures that every resource entrusted to this church is stewarded with accountability, transparency, and purpose — so the mission never stops moving.
Lisa Lopez
Lisa Lopez
Church Administrator
Lisa Lopez is the operational backbone of Freedom Church. She keeps the house in order — managing schedules, coordinating teams, and making sure the details are handled so the mission can move without friction. Her service is quiet, consistent, and essential.
